As R & B singer R. Kelly prepares for his trial, a new witness is said to be prepared to testify that she was involved in a threesome with Kelly and the underage girl at the center of the case against him. His trial is set to begin on May 9.
*The threesome allegedly included a girl -- now in her 20s -- whom prosecutors say was 13 or 14 years old at the time Kelly videotaped himself having sex with her during a separate incident.
The defense intends to argue that the woman said to be in the tape is not in fact the same woman the court has identified. But the new witness could undermine that claim, as she can presumably identify the girl.
